If you have a dream involving a flood, you have to pay close attention to your point of view. This is the key to figuring out the answer to the question: what does it mean to dream about a flood.
Point of view is everything.
The General Dream Interpretation or Symbolism of a Flood
A flood dream typically involves our emotions. Water has always been a stand-in for the chaotic, untamed, and uncontrollable aspect of our nature.
The easiest word to capture its often elusive meaning is “emotion.”
Of course, it runs much deeper than being happy, sad, fearful, guilty, angry, annoyed, or unsettled, but emotion is generally sufficient to capture the essence of the meaning of flood dreams.
A flood after all is just a concentration of water.
As mercurial and complicated emotions can be, you can well imagine that the symbolism of a flood in dreams indicates a huge amount or a concentration of emotion.
This can be framed as a rush of emotions or swimming in a toxic or overwhelming emotional state.
Flood dreams are harder to handle than the emotional state referred to in dreams involving rain.
For example, if you see your ceiling leaking because of the rain, that’s still nothing compared to flood symbology in your dream.
But the specific meaning of your flood dream depends on where you’re looking, how you’re looking, and to some extent when.
When It Comes to Flood Dreams, Perspective Is Everything
As you probably already know, floods look very different before the wall of water comes rushing down.
It first starts as a brisk rain, then the water rushes.
Pretty soon, it builds.
For a long time, it seems that not much of anything is happening. And then all of a sudden, the rage of the flood becomes inescapable.
Timing is everything when it comes to observing floods in dreams.
This might seem like small details, but they actually mean a lot because being caught in the middle of a flood is very different from witnessing everything from a helicopter a hundred feet up.
Perspective also determines whether your dream is generally positive or negative.
One can’t really say that flood dreams are 100% negative or portend some sort of bad omen. In certain contexts, it could be a positive sign of a breakthrough.
For example, if water builds up over enough time, it can accumulate so much force that the gravity of that force can basically destroy any obstacle you put in front of it.
This is good news.
The Positive Aspect of the General Interpretation of Flood Dreams
If one of the main focuses of your flood dream centered around a breakthrough or the water clearing out debris, obstructions, or anything that was blocking its way, this might indicate positive developments in your life that your subconscious may have been picking up on.
In certain cases, people are taken by surprise by this interpretation.
They might think that there aren’t really any big developments happening in their lives. They might not be even aware of certain things developing as far as their job, business, or relationships go.
But just because you are not aware of it in your waking life doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist.
Usually, we get so caught up in certain elements of our life, (for example in school, we may be focusing too much on a particular class or a project,) that we basically become blind as to other developments.
These are things happening “in the corner of our eye” that we really can’t see because we’re so obsessed with something else.
But just because you have your eye on something that is of high priority to you doesn’t mean those other things happening in the background are not important.
When you see in your dream rising floodwaters causing all sorts of damage as it clears out all kinds of obstacles, this can be your subconscious telling you that you’re in for a breakthrough.
You may have written certain parts of your life off. You may have convinced yourself that certain past projects are simply weren’t gonna happen.
Maybe you’ve given up. Maybe you thought that this is not the right time or you just don’t have the right resources for it.
Whatever the case may be, in certain areas of your life, something that you have set in motion in the past has triggered a chain reaction that leads to a breakthrough.
Floods Can Indicate Opportunities That You Need to Take or Lose Permanently
Opportunities, believe it or not, happen all the time. You may be feeling stuck or frustrated in a certain area of your life.
Maybe you’re not making as much money as you would’ve hoped. Maybe your career is not as hot as you had imagined.
Perhaps your relationships are not as fulfilling as you expected.
In whatever area of your life, always remember that there are opportunities presenting themselves.
The problem is you’re not in the position to see the opportunities
As I’ve mentioned above, you may be so obsessed about things that are not happening or stuck with a problem that is just taking up so much of your time and attention that you’re blind to everything else.
In reality, we have all these opportunities happening. Your subconscious might be showing you through your flood dreams that there’s a great opportunity in an area of your life that you may have just written off a long time ago.
Maybe it’s your education or a past relationship or a new one.
Whatever the case may be, it comes from an unexpected place, and this opportunity is not going to stick around forever.
Just as a flood rushing can clear obstacles, new debris coming from elsewhere can easily clog that opening. It’s as if the free flow of energy, attention, and insight in one area of your life quickly abruptly stops.
That’s how fast opportunities can appear and disappear. You have to strike the moment you see it.
Your subconscious may be showing you the fearsome imagery of floods clearing away debris or setting up some sort of breakthrough to draw your attention to an opportunity that you otherwise would not see in your waking life.
Pay close attention.
Chances are, that opportunity may not present itself in that area of your life.
Now is the time to change your awareness. Now is the time to take stock of what truly is important and play your best hand.
You may be the type of person who is throwing good money after bad pursuing something that really isn’t panning out.
Contextual Common Dream Interpretations of Floods and What They Could Mean
As I’ve mentioned above, point of view is crucial when interpreting flood dreams. Your perspective sets the context of this type of dream.
You’re dealing with a lot of emotions and its related realities. These can involve your insight, intuition, and possibly even your creative or resourceful side.
Most people just focus on their rational side. I can’t say I blame them.
Because generally speaking we can figure things out or can connect the dots and do a decent job mapping things out based on rational calculations of what can and cannot happen.
But until and unless you factor in the harder to quantify aspects of your life, (like your intuitions, insight, and gut feel,) your judgments won’t be as good as they could be.
There’s always going to be an interplay of these factors when you look at the meanings of your flood dreams as listed below.
What Does Dreaming of Floods Flooding a Land Area Mean?
There are many situations where floods can occur.
They can occur in a river. A lake can even overflow.
If you see an empty strip of land suddenly fill up with rushing water, this can indicate a sense of creeping panic.
Maybe you have a personal problem you’re dealing with right now. It can involve your relationships, your work, or it can even be a health issue.
In your mind, you’re trying to do the best you can with what you have. But it turns out that you’ve been dealing with these issues for quite some time and you’re beginning to feel tired.
Part of you is constantly thinking: “When is this pattern going to end?”
It’s as if things never change. One day blurs into the next and you’re still faced with the same challenges. It almost seems like you have a huge amount of problems on your plate.
When you see a dream image of floods flooding a land strip or land area, this can indicate that you need to take a breather and relax.
Your subconscious might be sending you a sign that the challenges that you are facing are not as overwhelming as you had assumed.
They may have a common weakness. They may all stem from a certain set of assumptions that when slightly adjusted can lead to a major solution.
If anything, this type of flooding dream indicates you need to put some space between yourself and your problems.
How do you do that?
Well, give yourself a break. Set up a schedule every day where you just stop thinking about your problems.
Maybe you can meditate, jog, do some low-level exercise to get your mind off your issues.
By putting yourself in a different space and giving yourself the time and emotional cushion to sort out your feelings, things can start to fall into place.
When flooding happens in a strip of land, it usually follows a pattern. And once it hits that pattern, the flood just quickly fills up that space.
The same applies to the solution to your issues.
We just need to find that common thread and everything starts to unravel, and it turns out that you were just overthinking the problems you thought were so big.
What Does Dreaming of Floods Sweeping You Away Mean?
When you see a huge wall of water overwhelming you to the point that you’re swept away, this image is a bad omen. It indicates that you’re not ready regardless of how much preparation you may have.
Right now, you’re quite confident about certain things in your life as well as your capacity and capability to deal with stress and other challenges.
You might even be feeling quite confident.
You might think that you have access to certain resources or a few of your friends might help you.
You might even believe that your family will come to your rescue.
Whatever the source of your confidence may be, when your subconscious sends you this type of dream, it tells you to think twice about your source of confidence.
Ultimately, it’s telling you that you should not rely on others nor should you assume that you are at the peak of health.
Usually, when people get hit by a medical emergency, they’re the last ones to know.
They assume all sorts of things about their health. But when that stroke or heart attack comes, they’re caught unprepared.
In reality, they were looking at different indicators.
For example, you may look slim or even fit, but it turns out that you have a high cholesterol count.
You can’t just base your confidence and your ability to deal with hardships on pure appearances. You also have to look within.
Please understand that dreaming of being swept away by floodwater indicates powerlessness. You obviously cannot stand your ground.
You are swept away. You’re not in control. You don’t know what’s around the corner.
All of these lead to fear.
And I’m not talking about any regular fear like a dark, all-consuming fear that just overcomes you and takes over your whole being.
This is precisely the kind of experience you have when you suddenly have health problems. Your subconscious is telling you to be more aware of your health as well as your sources of confidence.
Make sure you can rely on yourself or at least know what to do when that emergency happens.
Another way to interpret this dream is that someone you know may have a health scare or is already going through one.
It is best to check on your friends and family to see how they’re doing with their health. Be there for them.
At the very least, if they start to go through health issues, be one of the people they can rely on to come up with ideas to help them overcome their health emergency.
What Does It Mean to Dream of Flooding Waters Sweeping the Whole Town You’re In?
If you see your whole community being swept by floodwater, it is extra bad. This type of water dream means that something disastrous is going to happen to your relationships.
This dream is not about other people. It’s about how you interact with key people in your life.
Please understand that, unlike a rain, a dream about a rainstorm, or heavy rains, this is different.
We’re talking about flooding waters sweeping the whole town you live in.
This can involve several relationships breaking down at the same time. It can come from anywhere.
You might encounter a problem at work, in your romantic relationship, or in your family. In fact, it can get so bad that you feel like you’re losing control of your life.
You get this impression that you’re no longer living the life that you’re used to or that you want.
People who go through this go through a profound phase of anxiety and depression.
The key here is to never lose hope because every relationship goes through storms, and unfortunately, this may mean that several relationships get rocky at the same time.
Please understand that if several of your relationships go through issues at the same time, most of the time it’s not the other person. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
What Do Those Relationships Have in Common?
Well, you’re the common denominator. If you’re going through a tough time where it impacts how you deal with other people, then it’s not a surprise that your relationships take a hit.
This is precisely the type of time where you need to be humble. Don’t assume that you’ve got everything figured out.
Allow yourself to accept the possibility that you’re the one who has the problem or who has committed a mistake.
Keep lines of communication open. In certain cases, dealing with this situation can involve something as simple as resolving to fix your home symbolically.
What I mean by that is you’re choosing not to blame your circumstances when a lot of things happen to you.
Instead, you can always control how you respond.
You have to guard this very carefully. A lot of people simply react, and that’s why they make things worse than they need to.
It may feel that you’re going to go through a crisis, but a lot of the time, that crisis is caused by you.
Maybe you overreacted, blew things out of proportion, or simply was unprepared.
By allowing yourself to be level-headed by operating from a position of humility, the coming crisis that may afflict your relationships can be overcome.
The good news is you’ve done this before. This is not exactly the first time.
But you have to take action to solve your issues. You have to decide to understand first instead of insisting to be understood.
And keep a positive mindset.
I know this is easier said than done. After all, if you’re in the middle of a flood, it seems that the water will continue to flow forever.
It seems like there’s an endless supply of floodwater.
But eventually, it will dry up. The same goes with your relationship and emotional problems.
It may seem overwhelming at first, especially if you’re in the middle of it, but eventually, it will end.
The Meaning of Flooding Waters That Are Clear
Usually, when we imagine flood waters, we automatically think of muddy water or murky liquid.
Maybe there is quite a bit of dust, soil, debris, and all sorts of things mixed into the liquid. And when you have this floodwall of water rushing in all at once, all you see is just that murky, dirty water.
If your dream involves flooding waters that are clear, sit up and pay attention. Your dream is not what you think it is.
What your subconscious is picking up is that something that you are hoping for is delayed.
Maybe you’ve been putting in the work in a relationship.
Maybe you’ve been applying all over the place and you’re hoping to get a better-paying job.
Perhaps you’re applying to school, and you’ve just sent out all your applications and taken the necessary tests.
Whatever the case may be, you laid some serious groundwork. You’ve put in the time and focus.
Usually, at this point, you’re basically just waiting for the seed that you planted to grow so you can harvest.
Well, when you’re dreaming of flooding waters that are clear, your subconscious is telling you that while you set a lot of things in motion and eventually, they will pay off.
Right now, there is a delay.
The good news is whatever reward you’re looking for is on its way. You don’t have to worry about it because you have put in the work.
Maybe some sort of problem occurred and since we’re living in the age of pandemics, it’s not all that surprising when your plans get slowed down due to scheduling issues.
Maybe offices have to shorten their schedule or resources not allocated to where they need to be.
But whatever the case may be, the reward that you’re waiting for will come.
You Need to Be Patient
Dreaming of floodwaters that are crystal clear or clearer than the normal murky waters of real floods indicates your need for patience.
Don’t automatically assume that just because you’ve put in the time, crossed every box, and dotted every i’s, and crossed every t’s that you will get what you have coming your way on time every time.
You just have to wait.
But the good news is you don’t have to worry because it’s going to come.
What Do Dreams About Flood Waters That Are Clean and Color Blue Mean?
If your dream involving clean floodwaters has the color consistency of swimming pool water, this is a good omen.
This dream imagery relates to your thoughts and emotional state. In particular, it refers to how the spiritual side of you impacts your emotional and rational state.
This is how people normally think.
Sadly, when asked to explain, they usually discount their spiritual side. They either talk about their feelings they try to present everything in a rational way.
Surprisingly, it turns out that when people are asked to explain what’s happening when they made their decision, a lot of the times, they made their choice on impulse.
They’re drawing on something emotional or intuitive or even spiritual.
But when asked further to explain how they got to their choice, people come up with something rational sounding.
We need to keep this in mind.
When you have a dream of floodwaters that are clean and color blue, much like swimming pool water, your ability to read your emotional state as far as your thinking process goes is reaching a high level.
As you probably already know, the less emotional your decisions are, the higher the chance those choices will be the right ones.
Don’t get me wrong. You can make a wide range of choices when given a certain question.
But not all of them will be optimal. In most cases, only one answer is the best one.
For the rest, either you totally lose out or you make do with just a little bit and never get the full results or rewards of your action.
Keep this in mind because the context that this dream plays out in involves areas in your life where you feel stuck. You’re frustrated because things seem like they’re not improving.
Maybe this involves your finances or certain problems you may have had with your family.
It might even relate to addictions you may have.
Hang in there. Good things are coming for you because you are now thinking clearly on a deep level.
I’m not just talking about your rational side, but I’m also talking about your spiritual and emotional components.
In many cases, the hardship and frustration that you’re going through are precisely what you need to grow the patience required for your personal breakthrough.
What Does It Mean to Dream About Extra Dirty Floodwater?
Flood water is by definition dirty. There’s all sorts of debris and dirt that get in there.
After all, a huge wall of water churns all the stuff that it picks up along its way. It breaks through all sorts of obstacles and sucks in all kinds of solids.
But when you have a dream of involving extra dirty flood water to the point that it’s almost black, pay attention.
This is a warning from your subconscious that there’s going to be a flood of new information that you need to keep on top of.
There’s gonna be a lot of important changes happening in your life involving your home, your property, and even your health.
Try to keep up. Otherwise, this dirty floodwater imagery indicates that you will be losing control.
Everything just rushes up and comes at you at the same time and ends up drowning you.
Of course, disastrous dreams like floods, being chased by zombies, or cannibals, or even being sucked dry by leeches are rarely prophetic.
Instead, your subconscious just uses these strong, graphic imagery to draw your attention to certain areas of your life that you may not be putting enough focus on.
This is one of those situations.
Your subconscious is telling you that there is going to be an area of your life that is going to end up drowning you with worry and it’s real because you end up making one bad decision after another.
Much like a person flailing as they’re drowning, they’re actually making things worse for themselves by thrashing in the water.
What if I told you that plenty of lifeguards routinely knock out the person that they’re trying to save before embracing them and swimming to safety?
They have to do that because otherwise, the panicked person might end up thrashing so bad that the lifeguard drowns along with the victim.
What Does Dreaming of Being a Flood Victim Mean?
There are many different types of flood victims. Again, your perspective is crucial. Every small detail helps.
If you are a flood victim who sees himself or herself on the top of your roof as the floodwaters rise all around you, this indicates that a sense of hopelessness and helplessness in certain areas of your life.
Generally speaking, when you see this imagery, you need to look at the clouds. Do you see a bright spot?
As long as you can find a bright spot, you can rest assured that that spot will continue to grow and grow.
On the other hand, if you look up and it looks really dark, this is your subconscious telling you to find whatever source of support you can and hang on.
Usually, it’s in the form of spiritual strength. It can also involve reaching out to loved ones.
But as long as you have in there, eventually, the storm will break.
If you see yourself being a flood victim and you have drowned, this indicates a sense of hopelessness. You may be placing your faith in the wrong things and people.
Your subconscious may be picking up signs from your relationships that there are untrustworthy people in your close circle of friends or family members.
It’s one thing to say that blood is thicker than water, but you don’t want to find out the hard way.
If you see yourself faced down in the water and sinking in the middle of a flood, this can be an indication from your subconscious that you need to be more self-reliant.
Start with your emotions. Stop constantly seeking external validation.
Let’s put it this way.
If you’re a horse but all the people around you keep calling you a monkey, the fact that they keep repeatedly describing you as a monkey doesn’t turn you into one, unless you believe them.
Keep this in mind when choosing who to find external support from. I’m talking about encouragement or any kind of emotional positivity.
Maybe the challenge that you are facing is that you are trying to squeeze emotional blood out of a rock.
There are certain people that you just can’t trust with this type of validation because either they envy you or they’re not that type of person.
If it’s the latter, you can’t blame them. You have to make a decision before it’s too late.
You don’t want to find yourself faced down in your dream. The victim of flood drowning.
What Does It Mean to Dream of a Flooded House?
Your perspective here is crucial because, again, if you’re on the top of a house, check out the interpretation above.
But if your point of view has nothing to do with you and you’re just looking at your house underwater, this indicates that a lot of your assumptions of who you are — your sexuality, possibly even your biological origin — are under question.
A lot of people who thought that their “parents” are their biological parents, but it turns out that they’re adopted, sometimes have this type of dream.
You have to understand what a house means in this context.
Your house is your soul. It’s the totality of your being.
Who you are, where you come from, who your real parents are, who you think you are. All of these are wrapped up in the symbol of your house.
And to see it flooded means that there’s going to be a lot of emotional turbulence because it’s under question. It’s being challenged.
And who is doing the challenging?
You!
In this situation, your subconscious is telling you that you better have the right questions because it’s very easy to overreact and make things worse than they are.
It’s also easy to create problems when none previously existed.
What Does It Mean to Dream About Hearing Flood Warnings and Witnessing a Flood on the Road?
Again, it depends on the context of how these events play out.
If you hear flood warnings several hours in advance and you see yourself doing nothing and then you witness a road flooding, it indicates laziness on your part.
Your subconscious is telling you that there’s a part of you that’s always waiting for other people to make the first move.
Stop looking at yourself as just another face in the crowd that is waiting to be commanded by somebody in authority.
If something is important to you, then you need to make the first move because you have to assume that nobody else will do it for you.
This is crucial for achieving any kind of success in many areas of your life.
You can’t wait for other people to make the first move and just assume that you’re there to react and things will work out for the best.
There’s just too many variables to place your faith in. You have to be more proactive.
What Does It Mean to Dream of a Great Flood
If we’re talking about a flood that is Biblical in nature, we’re talking about a catastrophic Great Flood type of dream vision.
Maybe you’re seeing the destruction of a house or a whole community by a massive wall of water.
This can indicate a breakdown of trust in your inner circle.
Your perspective of course determines the real meaning but generally speaking there’s going to be a breakdown of your sense of interconnection with other people in your network.
Since this is a flood that affects everybody else, your subconscious is telling you that you’re not the only person feeling this insecurity.
Maybe a common friend is spreading lies. Again, this doesn’t necessarily have to be against you.
But whatever social network you’re in is built on either a misconception, misunderstanding, or flat-out lie.
The Great Flood or a sense of Biblical catastrophe that you are sensing in this dream imagery can indicate a “moment of truth” when one person in your circle of friends finally figures out what’s going on and reveals that person for who he or she truly is.
What Does It Mean to Dream About a Flash Flood on the Road While in Your Car?
This kind of dream indicates a challenge to your sense of autonomy. Your car usually represents your ability to go places or to plan things out with your life.
A flash flood can, at the very least, challenge your mobility. In that context, you’re not getting from Point A to Point B as quickly as you’d like.
This is manageable. Your subconscious is telling you to be prepared for contingencies.
This is no big deal. In fact, it’s quite sensible.
You should always plan for contingencies.
This type of dream only becomes a challenge when the flash flood starts sweeping away your car.
Because at that point, you’re no longer making progress no matter how slow. Instead, you’re either stalled or worse yet being pushed back.
In that context, what your subconscious is trying to get across is that you need to be mindful of personal habits and mindsets that undermine you.
You probably already know this, but the main person that can hold you back from the kind of successful, happy, and contented life you could be living is you.
Sadly, a lot of us tend to sabotage and undermine ourselves. It’s not conscious nor is it unintentional.
Still, thanks to the force of habit, we tend to do things in such a way that we set up our own downfall.
The worst part?
We only have ourselves to blame.
Your subconscious is telling you using that flooded car imagery that you probably will have one of those situations happening soon in your life.
Now is the time to take stock of what you believe about yourself and how you truly behave. You have to understand that you’re not going to be judged based on your intentions or motivations.
People don’t care about those things. They only look at what you do and the consequences of your action.
Now is the time to take an honest look at how you behave and whether it lines up with your personal values.
Dream Example #1
Dreaming about a flood doesn’t often happen to me aside from the fact that I keep dreaming about the ocean. It is where someone I don’t know is chasing me. And all I have to do is jump into the deep blue water. However, there was one time I dream of a flood. It was peculiar since the flood happened only on our school campus.
That was how it painted in my dream. And the story goes down like this, The morning ceremony begins about how the usual daily routine in school. The sun is up in the clouds shining more than ever.
Students definitely both hate and love how the sun rises to the peak shine. The increasing heat temperature & UV rays are fearful to the skin. However, a sunny day undeniably gives an uplifting mood. We can go swimming, climb a mountain, go biking, enjoy island hopping, travel over a road trip.
Or enjoy the fresh province breeze under the shades of the palm tree.
At around 7 am, everyone gathered in the quadrangle for the Flag Ceremony and Morning Prayer. Our school forms an elongated L-shaped building within a rectangle-ground. We have spacious space on the school grounds for events that could take place in the future.
The elementary teachers instruct their pupils to stand in line and maintain silence. Junior high students are busy talking with each other. The senior high students appear in few numbers compared to its lower year levels.
The officers of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) are holding on to their station. There are officers who are on guard to assist any concern that might need immediate action. It is how the scenario has always been.
But today is a special day similar to how we celebrate an event once a month. I can’t recall what the activity was. I am only sure that I was acting as the Vice-President of the Student Leader. As student leaders, we are responsible for maintaining order and rules on the campus.
Either the host is the SSG or another club organization. We appoint leaders on designated posts. So students prevent going upstairs and ignoring the main activity. My assigned post is the connecting building of the Elementary and the High school. Then a close friend of mine came and approached me.
It was unlikely of him to see him upstairs. Also, he isn’t allowed to go upstairs unless for reasonable excuses. He has a sensible one. And minutes after, we had a little chitchat.
Distracted by our conversation, a loud commotion from the crowd interrupted us. “Help! — help us! — Please, we beg of you!” But it was not that plead for help I was most surprised but rather how huge that wave is! It didn’t come to my mind that something like this would happen.
There is a flood where it looks like a trapped body of water in the four walls of our campus! The wave would go low and high tides where it is as high as the 3rd-floor building. While we are on the 2nd floor, the surge swallowed us whole. Grasping for air, I swam as swiftly even though I’m not a good swimmer.
I safely reach out the end of an elongated stand from the campus’ covered court to fight back the huge waves. As I was striving to survive, I can’t help but worry about that friend I was along with. Where did he could have gone? Is he safe or worst? God, please don’t take him now.
In an instant, he waved his hands back at me. There he was, all safe and sound. We are at a distance of probably around 5 meters apart connecting us at both ends. Unfortunately in my place, the water rushes so fast and is massive. It can swallow me more than whole.
But the good thing was I was able to hold onto something to keep me from drowning by the strong current. But I know it can’t hold me that long.
Suddenly, an enormous wave twice as our school’s building is approaching on my way. I prepared myself by holding as tight as I could in the poles. In any minute from now, I can’t help but think that this could be my end. I felt scared from my thoughts. Then somebody called out my name.
He reminded me that he is there to help, sincerely closest to my heart. He told me to climb up the pole at his end and reach towards him because it’s a safer place. Without second thoughts, I did exactly what he said. I run swiftly towards him because he was in the middle of the pole in an attempt to save me.
As I am nearing to reach him, the huge tidal wave reached me. But before I know it, he grabbed my hands and pulled me towards him. Thank God that was so close. As we are getting closer to the secured end, some people helped us to land safely. It happened all abruptly that put my mind all blank in seconds. I hugged him tight and thank him for saving me from such death.
He responded “Don’t worry, we’ll get through this. Together.” The story ended like a second series is something to watch out for. On the other note, a flood is much destructive with its massive impact on humans’ life. When dreaming about the flood, the huge wave symbolizes oppressed emotions and feelings.
The dreamer has hold grudges, regrets, doubts, and uncertainty in his life. On how heavy it could be, she wants relief and change about it. The meaning of dreaming about the flood is the desire to change the dreadful situation. And begin with a fresh start.
From my perspective, I got a lot of stress, uncertainty, and fear going out of control. As my dream involves a specific guy, it includes my relationship with him. I know that even with how huge the waves are or the dilemma I am facing, there’s a person who accompanies my side. I have someone who reassures us that we can conquer the challenges together, hand in hand.
